1. Always wear a mask when you receive or pick up the order.
2. Use a Chat Room to communicate with the Seller and the Runner. To avoid physical contact, you can ask the order to be left outside the door.
3. Remind the Service Provider via Chat Room to wear a mask when they come to your house.
4. In the GROW App, we only use cashless payment methods to reduce the COVID-19 risks as much as possible.
5. Wash your hands regularly after receiving or picking up the order.
6. After each successful order, please provide your feedback on the Seller/the Service Provider and the Runner so that we can improve future services for customer experience.
