Code of Conduct for our Partners

Our Partners

1. Assure Security (in compliance with the existing Laws and Regulations)

  • GROW requires you, and you agree, undertake and obliged yourself, to comply with all applicable laws, issuances, rules, and regulations, including food, labor, health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
  • When creating and accessing your account, you represent and warrant that  you have provided to us truthful and accurate information.
  • GROW requests partners to solely and exclusively use official GROW applications downloaded from the Google Play or Apple store.  You hereby warrant and represent that you have downloaded and exclusively use GROW application that was downloaded from either Google Play or Apple Store.

2. Dedication & Commitment to Ensure High Quality Standards

  • You are encouraged to use the “Stock of your item” tool to update the number of orders you are accepting. Please use the “Close Menu” tool for items that run out of ingredients.
  • You may use the “Shop Open/Close” function in case you are closing for specific days or when you are receiving more orders than you can handle.
  • GROW reserves the right to impose a penalty, at its discretion, if items are missing or incorrect from the order. In situations when you repeatedly fail to meet the agreed-upon preparation time, GROW may suspend or terminate the user access to the GROW Application.
  • Time is precious for everybody. Once an order is accepted, it should be finished in time for delivery or pick-up. If the order delay frequency is 2 times, either consecutive or non-consecutive, GROW will issue a warning alert, but is under no obligation to, via a call or email or by any means of communication. If the order delay is 4 times and above, GROW will suspend your account for a specific day. Should you be in delay in more than __4___ times, GROW may terminate your User Account.
  • You are obliged to treat customers, other partners, GROW employees, and other persons related to the business, with respect and dignity.
  • You are responsible for insuring yourself and your employees, and maintaining safe and hygienic working practices. Safe practices are vital, such as frequent handwashing with soap and water, daily sanitizing of surfaces, and use of protective gear (e.g. masks, gloves, apron, hairnet). We also recommend conducting regular safety training, inspecting food standards and separating products when storing, preparing or serving.
  • You will keep the store and restaurant information, such as prices, photos and locations, up to date via the GROW Partner App. We strongly recommend that you use appropriate and truthful photos of the items or the services you sell, as opposed to using watermarked or images that do not belong to you, or none at all.
  • Our customers expect the food they eat or edible products they order to be safe and suitable for consumption. The majority of safety issues involve food degradation, contamination, undercooked food or customers finding a foreign object in their order. Food spoilage is careless, costly for your business, and negatively impacts the customer’s experience. Foodborne illnesses or injuries are undesirable and, at worst, can be fatal.
  • Pay special attention to the requests from the special instruction box, especially on food items as customers may be allergic to certain ingredients used and can fall ill. For example, guidelines may read “no seafood”, “sensitive to eggs”, and “allergic to nuts.” Quantity, type, colour, size and service date are some of the important factors to take note of when accepting food, craft or service orders.
  • GROW may conduct safety and health inspections at your workplace to ensure a safe platform for our users. You hereby agree to GROW’s inspection for this purpose. In addition, we may impose a penalty if a product or a service does not meet our standards. The inspections will also help ensure that customers will keep coming back to Partners that consistently deliver excellent experiences by offering high-quality products and services.
  • We recommend that you conduct a final check against the order before packing it, verifying that there are no missing items. Please do not tamper with food or craft items and packaged orders. Pack the raw or frozen products in sealed bags to avoid contamination and spillage. Fragile handicrafts should also be packed carefully to avoid damage. GROW reserves the right to impose a penalty if items are missing or incorrect from the order.
  • You can assure product quality by preparing tasty and appealing meals of the right portion size. We recommend that the price and quality of food provided through the GROW Partner App are consistent with dine-ins. We encourage you to use fresh ingredients and prepare food items “just-in-time” for collection.
  • Partners can increase service quality by being reliable, responsive and empathetic towards customers. Good practices include a hygienic presentation and overall cleanliness of your facilities, personnel, and equipment, providing prompt service, being helpful, and listening to customer needs. For example, honour a booking you have accepted and take critical customer feedback.
  • We strongly prohibit our partners from consuming any drug or alcohol when interacting with the customers. Service providers must only bring the tools necessary for the work. GROW reserves the right to impose a serious penalty, including suspension or termination, if any illegal and dangerous weapon is suspected to be brought to the customer’s place.
  • We ask that you act in good faith, by not cheating or defrauding GROW or its customers by any means. For example, avoid collecting cash for cashless orders as GROW Application is designed going only cashless means.
  • You will not harass customers to make changes to their order or coerce them to cancel.
  • You hereby acknowledge the you, as a partner, will be solely responsible if an order is damaged because of the delivery or for the damage caused to the customer’s properties during the servicing period.
  • We may also suspend, terminate, or disable your account if you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights or where we are required to do so for legal reasons.
  • You hereby rendered GROW free and harmless from any and all liability arising from any issues you may have from the Customers, Consumers, your employees, and other third persons in connection with your agreement with GROW.
  • These General Rules-of-Engagement may be updated from time to time. You may refer to our website for the most up-to-date version of the General Rules.
  • Failure to meet these thresholds may lead to suspension or termination of user access to the GROW platform. GROW may, but is under no obligation to notify you before terminating your use of the GROW application and services.
