Code of Conduct for our GROW Buyers

To open a GROW account, you must be at least eighteen years old, and children must be accompanied by or given explicit consent by their parents or legal guardians. Alcoholic beverages must only be purchased by persons of legal age.

Avoid sharing or setting up multiple accounts. Always provide accurate and truthful information when:

• setting up and using your accounts, 
• providing feedback on charges or fees,
• submitting any other feedback, reviews, or ratings
• Using offers and promotions only for their intended purposes.

• You are responsible for the actions of partners (sellers) with whom you communicate through your account. 
• Keep your account information up to date. 
• Use only the official GROW app to access your account. For your guidance, applications not downloaded from the IOS App Store or Google Play are not an official GROW app. 
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password. 
• Never respond to external prompts to enter your credentials. 
• For added security, use GROW PIN.
• We merely connect you and our partners (sellers). Our partners are not our agents or representatives. As such, you hereby rendered GROW free and harmless from any claim or liability arising from any issues you may have from the partners and other third persons in connection with your transactions with GROW or the use of the GROW App.
