ခင်ပွန်း၊ ဖခင်၊ စားဖိုမှူး

ကိုဇင်တစ်ယောက် စားဖိုမှူးအဖြစ်လုပ်ကိုင်လာတာ နှစ် ၂၀ ကျော်သက်တမ်းရှိပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ သူ့ကိုယ်သူ အစားအသောက်လိုင်းဘက်ကို ရောက်လာမယ်လို့ တစ်ခါမှ တွေးဖူးခဲ့သူ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

အထက်တန်းကျောင်းပြီးတော့ ကိုဇင် ပထမဆုံးရတဲ့အလုပ်က စတီးလ်ဝါယာအလုပ်ပါ။ Star City ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးမှာ သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက် အကူအညီနဲ့ အလုပ်ဝင်ဖြစ်သွားပါတယ်။ အဲ့တာကပဲ သူ့ကို ဟိုတယ်နဲ့ခရီးသွားလာရေးနယ်ပယ်ထဲ ရောက်လာစေပြီး စားဖိုမှူးဖြစ်ဖို့ လမ်းကြောင်းပေါ် တွန်းတင်ပေးလိုက်တာလို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။

ရည်ရွယ်ထားခဲ့တာမဟုတ်ပေမဲ့ အစားအသောက်ချက်ပြုတ်တာကို စိတ်ဝင်စားလာတဲ့ ကိုဇင်က စားဖိုမှူးတစ်ယောက်အဖြစ် ရပ်တည်မယ်လို့ ဆုံးဖြတ်လိုက်ပါတော့တယ်။ သူတကယ်ကို စိတ်နှစ်ပြီး စားသင်ယူခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ကိုဇင်ရဲ့‌ ရွေးချယ်မှုက သူ့ကို စားဖိုမှူးတစ်ယောက်ပဲ ဖြစ်လာစေတာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး၊ ဘဝတစ်သက်တာ လက်တွဲရမယ့် ချစ်ရသူနဲ့လည်း ဆုံဆည်းစေခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကိုဇင်နဲ့ သူ့အမျိုးသမီးက နှစ်ယောက်စလုံး ချောင်းသာက Pavilion ဟိုတယ်မှာ အလုပ်လုပ်ရင်း တွေ့ကာ ဖူးစာဆုံခဲ့ကြတာပါ။

နောက်ကြတော့ ရွှေပြည်အပန်းဖြေစခန်းမှာ အကြီးတန်းစားဖိုမှူးအနေနဲ့ ၁၄ နှစ်ကြာ လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်အရောက်‌တော့ ကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်း လုပ်မယ်လို့ ဆုံးဖြတ်ပြီး Start City မှာရှိတဲ့ Hanger Food Court မှာ ဆိုင်ခန်းယူဖွင့်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

အခုဆိုရင် ‌ကလေးသုံးယောက်ဖခင်တစ်ဖြစ်လည်း ကိုဇင်ဟာ ချစ်ဇနီးနဲ့အတူ ကိုယ်ပိုင်စားသောက်ဆိုင်ကို ဦးစီးလျက်ရှိပါတယ်။ နှစ်ပေါင်းများစွာ ကြိုးစားမှုတွေကနေ အကောင်အထည်ပေါ်လာတဲ့ “ရွှေလပြည့်” ဟာ သူတို့ရဲ့ စတုတ္ထမြောက်ကလေးဆိုရင် မှားမယ်မထင်ပါဘူး။

Ko Zin is a veteran chef with more than 20 years of experience under his belt. However, he had never once dreamt that he would actually become a chef one day.

After graduating from high school, his very first job was at the Star City project. He got the steel wiring job with the help of his friend. It opened up the pathway to the hotel and tourism industry for him.

Ko Zin became interested in cooking while working there. For the first time in his life, he has a determined goal – to become a chef. So, he worked hard and trained devotedly to become a skilled chef.

The decision he made not only put him on the right track but also let him meet the love of his life. While pursuing the chef career at the Pavilion hotel at Chaung Thar beach, he met his now beloved wife at work and got married.

Later, Ko Zin became an executive chef at Shwe Pyi resort and worked there for 14 years. In 2021, he rented a food stall at the Star City Hanger Food Court and opened his own restaurant.

Now, a father of three kids, he actively manages the restaurant as a family business. “Shwe La Pyae“.  Born from his long years of hard work, he regards it as his fourth child.
